How to use this product?

Directions for use :

■ Adults: take 1 to 2 tablets per day with a large glass of water, in the morning and/or at lunchtime with the meal.

■ Children: from 10 years of age. Take 1 tablet a day with a large glass of water in the morning with breakfast.

■ Store away from heat and moisture. Close tightly after opening.

Precautions for use :

It is advisable to consume this food supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. In general, it is recommended that pregnant and breast-feeding women consult a health professional before taking any supplements. A sour taste in the mouth before swallowing the tablet is normal.
