Usage tips :
Oral use: 2 ampoules per day diluted in a little water, preferably without meals.
• As soon as the muscle contraction appears: take 2 ampoules per day until the desired effect is obtained.
• In anticipation of prolonged and / or sustained muscular effort: take 2 ampoules per day for a 15-day treatment.
A slight deposit in the solution is not abnormal. It is due to the colloidal nature of the solution. In this case, shake the ampoule before use.
