How to use this product?

Usage tips :

2 capsules in the morning during breakfast with a large glass of water and 2 capsules in the evening during dinner with a large glass of water.

10 day program.

To be renewed if necessary. The dose can be reduced to 2 capsules per day in the morning after 10 days of use.

Can be combined with the classic Chondrosteo + tablet formula.

Precautions for use:

It is advisable to consume this dietary supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.

In general, it is recommended to invite pregnant and lactating women to contact a health professional before any supplementation.

The use is not recommended in case of ulcers (stomach or duodenum) or gallstones (harpagophytum).

Keep away from heat and humidity. Close tightly after opening.
