Directions for use:
Take 1 tablet in the morning before breakfast and 1 tablet in the evening before dinner with a large glass of water.

Fatiguée avec des problèmes d'endormissement et des réveils nocturnes intempestifs pour diverses raisons, notamment des crampes qui sont beaucoup moins fréquentes maintenant. Je me sens beaucoup moins fatiguée en me levant, j'ai senti une nette amélioration. On y retrouve de la vitamine B6 pour faciliter son assimilation, sans avoir les désagrément lié habituellement au magnésium.
