Recent studies show that we consume more Omega-6 (mainly from animal fat) than Omega-3 (mainly from fish fat).
According to national recommendations, the ratio between Omega-6 and Omega-3 should be close to 5 whereas currently it is rather close to 10.

- Omega-3s contain essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. DHA is a major fatty acid found in the structure of brain tissue and the central nervous system. It contributes to the good functioning of the brain. The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA. Our Omega-3s are subject to the Qualitysilver® label allowing better stabilization of the oil over time.
- Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Magnesium is an essential trace element; it helps reduce fatigue.

Usage tips :
Take 4 capsules a day, one to two times, preferably at the start of a meal.
Minimum 2 month program. The doses can be reduced to 2 capsules per day after 2 months.
