Granions Reducys offers a unique and complete formula combining:
- Cranberry : 36 mg PAC (proanthocyanidins);
- 3 billion Lactobacillus rhamnosus at the date of manufacture of the batch;
- 150 mg of heather extract;
- 2 trace elements: selenium and copper .
Proanthocyanidins from cranberries (Vaccinum macrocarpon) have a recognized action at a dosage of 36 mg.
Heather is used to promote urinary comfort.
The formula is completed by two trace elements: selenium and copper . Selenium, an essential antioxidant, protects the cells and tissues of the body against free radicals from oxidative stress. Both are involved in the normal functioning of the immune system.
Hygienic-dietetic advice: Follow these few tips that will help you maintain normal urinary comfort on a daily basis
- Drink at least 1.5 L of water per day;
- Urinate as soon as you feel the urge and after intercourse;
- Avoid clothing that is too tight, prefer underwear made of natural materials;
- Opt for good intimate hygiene but not too excessive. Avoid washing with overly aggressive soaps that damage the vaginal flora;
- Eat a balanced diet rich in fiber to limit the risk of constipation.

Usage tips :
Take 2 capsules a day for 15 days, in the morning on an empty stomach with a large glass of water.
To be used in a 2 week program and to be renewed several times a year if necessary.
