Usage tips :
Oral use : 2 tablets per day with a glass of water, preferably without meals.
As soon as the muscle contraction appears: take 2 tablets per day until the desired effect is obtained.
In anticipation of prolonged and / or sustained muscular effort : take 2 tablets per day as a 15-day course.
