Apply your Foucaud's Essential as a friction on your main congestive points (neck, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, lower back) with a back and forth movement or in a circle with your hand and back or in a circle with your hand. A little tip: soothe your insect bites with menthol and essential oils of lavender and lavandin, which have soothing effects.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Do not use on children under 3 years old. Do not swallow. Do not apply directly to the eyes and rinse thoroughly with water in case of accidental contact. Do not expose to the sun after application.
