Usage tips:
Attack program: take 4 capsules on the first day with a large glass of water. Then for the next 4 days, take 2 capsules twice a day: once during breakfasts and once during dinners.
Maintenance program: take 4 capsules on the first day, then 2 capsules every day during breakfast for a month. Repeat the program if necessary. Keep away from heat and humidity.
Precautions for use:
Do not consume this supplement in case of known food intolerance to berries and/or to beehive products. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should be taken as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
