• Plants and substances derived from plants: harpagophytum, traditionally used to promote joint comfort and flexibility, urtica and a turmeric complex, 40 times more bioavailable than standard turmeric.
• Minerals and trace elements: calcium and manganese contribute to help fortify the bones and copper helps maintain the connective tissues, and particularly the cartilage.
• Vitamin D3: contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus.

Glucosamine HCL (crustaceans), anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose - magnesium stearate, harpagophytum extract (maltodextrin), methylsulfonylmethane, tricalcium phosphate, chondroitin sulfate, bulking agent: maltodextrin, nettle extract (maltodextrin), calcium carbonate (starch corn), emulsifier: mono and diglyceride of fatty acids, curcumin complex (gammacyclodextrin, turmeric extract), manganese gluconate, copper gluconate, vitamin D3 (modified starches, sugar, medium chain triglycerides, natural tocopherols).
Coating ingredients:
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid. Possibility of traces of iodine.

Usage tips:
Take 2 tablets in the morning during breakfast and 2 tablets in the evening during dinner, with a full glass of water.
To be used as a one-month program minimum, and repeat as often as necessary.
